Conditions for registering and operating your business workspace

1. Platform scope

Avatrix is a product of IntellApps, operated under Universe of Artificial Intelligence Ltd. This application is the main business-facing workspace used to register organizations, create projects, manage administrative avatar operations, and provision API credentials for relevant deployments.

The service is not limited to a single embedded experience. It acts as the central registration and administration platform behind one or more downstream avatar implementations.

2. Acceptance and authority

By accessing, registering for, or using this application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy section on this page.

If you create an account or workspace on behalf of a business, institution, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Accounts, organizations, and projects

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, organization, projects, and related contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of workspace information and for controlling which team members, administrators, or representatives can access the dashboard and associated project data.

4. API keys and credentials

API keys, tokens, and related credentials issued through this platform are for authorized business use only and must be handled securely.

You are responsible for protecting credentials from unauthorized access, limiting distribution to appropriate personnel or systems, and rotating or revoking keys if compromise, misuse, or organizational changes occur.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Avatrix to engage in unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or technically disruptive behavior, including attempts to interfere with the platform, evade restrictions, scrape restricted data, or distribute malicious content.

You must also ensure that projects and connected avatar applications comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and internal organizational policies relevant to your use case.

6. Business content and operational data

Organization details, project configuration, support requests, avatar administration activity, and other content submitted through the dashboard may be stored and processed as part of operating the service.

You remain responsible for the content and configuration choices you introduce into the platform, including ensuring you have the right to use, upload, or connect that material.

7. Availability, support, and changes

IntellApps and Universe of Artificial Intelligence Ltd. may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, onboarding flows, dashboard capabilities, or credential provisioning processes at any time.

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability and support continuity, but uninterrupted access, exact feature permanence, or compatibility with every downstream avatar implementation is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

The Avatrix platform, dashboard, software, branding, workflow design, and related materials remain the property of IntellApps and/or Universe of Artificial Intelligence Ltd., except where third-party rights apply.

You may use the service only as permitted for your organization's authorized business purposes and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated where misuse, payment or contractual issues, security concerns, suspected compromise, policy violations, or operational risks are identified.

Termination or restriction of access does not require immediate deletion of records where retention is reasonably necessary for security, contractual administration, dispute handling, legal compliance, or operational continuity.

Information we collect

Business registration and administrator details, including names, email addresses, organization names, and related contact information.

API key and credential lifecycle records, such as issuance, project association, access history, and security-related management activity.
Operational activity generated inside the dashboard, including avatar administration interactions, support requests, and account management actions.

How we collect information

Directly from you when you register an account, create an organization, create a project, request support, or manage settings in the platform.
From authorized members of your organization who update workspace, project, or operational details.
From routine technical activity needed to authenticate users, maintain sessions, secure the service, and support platform administration.

To create and manage business workspaces, organizations, projects, and administrator access.

Sharing and disclosure
